This five-course lunch with matching wines takes place at the historic Bimbadgen Winery. Your experience will kick off with a tour of the estate where you’ll get an insight into the history of the winery that has been running for 50 years, with a guided behind-the-scenes tour. Next, you’ll get to taste some of their best drops in the cellar door.

Following your tasting, it’s time to tuck into a leisurely five-course lunch with paired wines at their fine dining restaurant with views over the beautiful Barrington Ranges. Now, the menu is subject to change, but to tease your taste buds, some of the sample dishes include: watermelon and slipper lobster ceviche with lime and salmon pearls, tempura zucchini flowers with goats cheese and micro green salad, or wood-fire oven roasted hoi sin duck with shitake mushroom pancake, choy sum, coriander ginger relish and orange jus.

If that’s not enough to get your mouth watering, dessert might be butterscotch schnapps strawberries with praline cream, sable biscuit, rose fairy floss and strawberry sorbet matched with a Bimbadgen Botrytis Semillon.
