Learn to freedive with this one-day basic course. The PADI Basic Freedive course contains two phases - knowledge development and a confined water session. Through an interactive app and theory section which covers how the body reacts to breath holding, how water pressure can affect you, freediving equipment, safety rules and buddy procedures. You’ll also undertake a breath workshop where you will be taught how to manage stress relief in preparation for your dive. The confines water session takes place in a swimming pool where you will learn breathing techniques whilst floating (static apnea) and whilst swimming (dynamic apnea).
Maximum of four participants per instructor.
