Your experienced chef, former executive chef of a renowned Thai restaurant, will take you through the flavours of modern Thai food.
His enthusiastic yet relaxed approach means budding cooks will be given the skills and tools to master sophisticated Thai food, unique recipes, and will be provided with a sense of history about the cuisine as well. It is a fully hands-on experience where you will be cooking your own food in a clean, well presented and professional cooking school facility. Once the cooking is complete, you will sit down to enjoy your delicious culinary creations with a rewarding glass of wine.
