Situated on the edge of a billabong in the Litchfield region, Top End Safari Camp offers a host of quintessential Top End activities, making it a mecca for keen adventurers. Take to the skies and marvel at the unique floodplains during a 10 minute scenic flight. Spot crocodiles, birds and buffalo on the banks of the river during a thrilling airboat ride through the channels and into the rainforest, then take it down a notch as you gently cruise along Sweets Lagoon whilst tucking into a gourmet cheeseboard. The lagoon pontoon has Australia's only nature-based croc-safe swimming pool, where you can take a dip and come face-to-face with these prehistoric beasts. Finish off an afternoon of exciting activities with a crocodile feeding and exhibition with rescue monster crocodiles caught by Matt Wright himself.
Witness a magnificent territory sunset wash the floodplains with shades of orange and pink as you relax on the sun deck, before a gourmet BBQ dinner and stargazing by the fire pit. Then, end the day with an unforgettable outback glamping experience in a luxury belle tent complete with a double bed, open-air shower and private deck. Safety Requirements Pregnant women are not advised to travel after 34 weeks. If under 34 weeks' it is still recommended you seek medical and clearance from your doctor. For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to Top End Safari Camp’s scheduled tour departures. All helicopter flights are subject to the aircraft operating within its weight and balance/performance limitations as specified in the aircraft flight manual and the Company Operations Manual. Accurate individual passenger weights MUST be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate weights may result in the passenger(s) being unable to complete the scenic helicopter flight and airboat ride. This is all based on safety regulations which will never be compromised. Top End Safari Camp will take no responsibility for any costs associated with the passenger(s) being unable to complete the full tour if inaccurate weights are provided. Top End Safari Camp reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather (defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle, wind and swell conditions). In the event a tour is cancelled, you will be rebooked onto an alternative tour of your choice will be provided.
Please bring a hat, camera, water bottle, bathers, towel and a small overnight bag with a change of clothes.
This is an all-inclusive tour including food, juice, water, and activities. Alcohol can be purchased from the licensed bar.
