Just an hour from Perth, this 139 square foot tiny home presents an unforgettable two night getaway with modern comforts like split air conditioning for year round comfort. The kitchenette is well equipped for preparing your favourite meals, while a plush bed promises restful nights. The ensuite bathroom features excellent facilities, including an eco friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin and gas heated shower.
Timber fencing surrounds your paddock, allowing friendly sheep and dogs to roam freely. Watch the resident horses graze peacefully in their paddock. Cherish mornings watching the sunrise over the property as you take each relaxing day. Discover nearby treasures such as Noble Falls, Avon Valley, Bells Rapids and Avonbrook Wines. Please remember to bring your basic necessities, such as food and water and enjoy this nature filled escape.
