The Unyoked cabin Tibor is located at the top of a valley, giving you incredible views of the surrounding landscape including Mt. Cameron and Cape Portland. It is quite simply the perfect place to escape, a space where you can slow down, de-stress and be restored with immersive nature and seclusion. Bask in the natural beauty of the locale, then when the sun sets sit back and soak up the vast Milky Way above you with full exposure to the stars and moon at night. A getaway that allows you to open your mind and find your flow while surrounded by nature, you will feel the physiological and psychological benefits of "awe" in a way only nature can provide.
Accommodation Facilities
Guests of the Tibor Cabin must be over the age of 18. You will receive an email with pre-arrival instructions upon booking the cabin. Additional house rules will also be provided in your field guide.
This experience is for two people.
The cabin is a great place to be during the warmer and cooler months and even when it rains! During wet or poor weather, guests may be notified of a weather warning. In the event you are notified of a weather warning, there will be a place to park your vehicle/s in any alternative nominated wet weather zones.
Please ensure you have sensible footwear for the hike to the cabin.
This experience is located in Oberon, NSW. The Tibor cabin sits on the traditioal lands of the Wiradjuri, Gundungurra and Dharug nations. It is approximately two and half hours' drive from Sydney. Please note there is a 515-metre hike from the car park to the cabin.
