- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are unavailable during a total fire ban
- Please be aware of the abundant wildlife that may be present on the property
- Breakfast, lunch, picnic hampers, wine and blankets are available for purchase on request
- There is good mobile reception with Telstra and Optus but no wifi
- Some spaces are shared on this working farm
- Pet friendly property and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival, please notify prior
- Longer stays or late check outs incur an additional charge
- Smoking is only permitted with proper disposal of cigarette butts
- Please turn off lights, AC & electronics to save power
- Be prepared for wet weather; bring towels for pets
- Bring portable power banks and charge electronics in advance
- A minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of five nights or more
- Charcoal for BBQ grill is $20 per bag, paid directly to the host
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home

- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
