Situated in a magical setting on the hill of Windsor's Edge Vineyard, Amandas On The Edge Restaurant offers a superb culinary experience using fresh and quality ingredients. With views from every table, soak up your incredible surroundings as you sit down for a sumptuous three course dinner with a special someone. Be treated to a glass of sparkling on arrival before savouring delicious delights such as ricotta gnocchi, baked field mushroom, lamb rack and linguine tossed with Queensland king prawns. Continue your culinary journey with a decadent dessert, followed by tea or coffee and port.

Entree - Your choice of:
- King prawns pan seared in garlic & parsley with crusty ciabatta bread, let us know if you want chilli added GF on request
- Ricotta and basil gnocchi with sautéed mushrooms, house made chorizo & porcini butter
- 12hr braised Chinese pork belly with carrot ginger puree & five spice jus GF
- Crab & sweetcorn ravioli with smoked tomato & champagne butter sauce
- Lamb merguez pot sticker dumplings with lemon yoghurt & slow cooked chilli sauce
- Haloumi, pea and mint fritters with romesco sauce
Main - Your choice of:
- Three times cooked duck maryland with miso peach glaze on roasted baby fennel & bok choy GF
- 250 grm Scotch fillet with duck fat roasted potato, green beans & black garlic butter GF
- Risotto with king prawns, tomatoes, spinach, preserved lemon & peas GF
- Tunisian spiced lamb rump on chickpea hummus, caramelised onions & roast carrots GF
- Curry Choice of - Sri Lankan chicken curry or South Indian fish curry- with steamed basmati rice, chutney, lemon yoghurt & handmade roti bread. GF On request.
