This 4WD experience is for competitive thrill-seekers! Learn to control a 4x4 with huge "rock crawler" tyres over three technical courses. You'll climb walls, flip sideways, and crab-walk before handing over to the pro for an awesome hot lap! Bring friends along for a ride they'll never forget!
What's Included?
- Full driver briefing with a professional instructor
- Drive three courses that get progressively more challenging
- Bring up to 3 passengers to ride the courses with you (one each track)
- 1 hot lap with a professional driver at the wheel to show you what these amazing vehicles are capable of!
A professional driver will show you through the controls and explain how they work so you can get the most out of the vehicle and your extreme driving experience. Then it's time for you to take on the first course, "Razorback" - an awesome track where you play with the four-wheel steering and negotiate gates. This is tricky but that's the thrill of the challenge!
Next, you'll be taken for a passenger lap through "Chuckies Revenge" to see how the pros do it. Get your heart pumping like it never has before! During your awesome passenger lap you'll get into some serious technical training including learning how to crab-walk, flip sideways and climb up walls! The unlimited possibilities are the reason these 4x4's are one of the most awesome cars around - you never know what wall or hill you'll be taking on next!
With your technique perfected, it's your turn to have a crack at the "Hell Dorado" course so you can put to use your newly found skills. If you've lasted this long it's time for you to tighten the harness and attempt the challenging "Chuckies Revenge" course yourself. Make sure you bring someone to take photos or no one will believe you do it!
This experience takes driving skill to the next level - what more could you want? A different passenger can accompany you on each course.
Session Length
- You will drive the 4x4 for up to 45 minutes in addition to the hot lap
- Available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Three session times available: Noon, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm
- Allow at least 90 minutes for this session as there are short breaks between laps
Guidelines
- You must hold a current driver's licence, which you must bring with you on the day. P-plate licence holders are also welcome
- Minimum age is 18 for drivers, 8 for passengers
- Weight limit of 140kg
- Height limit of 200cm
Cancellation
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Numbers on the Day
There will be other participants there on the day, however you will be one on one with your instructor when driving the car.
Weather
This experience can't go ahead in the rain. If that's the case, the experience provider will call to let you know as soon as possible to reschedule.
Dress Code
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended.
