Serving up French and modern Australian-inspired fare, you will savour a seven course degustation that changes with the seasons and combines various textures and flavours in pure, refined and exciting dishes. To top it off, the fine dining restaurant brings to life the styles of a glamorous bygone era with French Renaissance furniture, vintage china and antique paintings.
