Guidelines
- Minimum age is 5
- The minimum height for the jet boat ride is 120cm
- A life jacket is supplied that is rated to carry a maximum weight of 150kg
- Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride
- Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the safety waiver
- Guests 15 years and under must travel with an adult
- Guests are required to hold onto safety bars at all times
- Confirmation in the form of a voucher will be sent to your inbox at time of booking
- Please bring the confirmation with you on the day of your experience

Cancellation
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience

Weather
In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions, your experience will be rescheduled for a later date.

Space is available to lock up your belongings during your Jet Boat experience. Professional photos and high-quality video footage are taken during your tour and available for purchase after your experience. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your boarding time. Participants need to be at least 120cm tall. Child ages are 5-14yrs. Family ticket prices are per person based on a family of 2 adults and 2 children (5-14yrs).
