Don your apron, roll up your sleeves and learn to cook authentic Italian dishes from an expert chef, Stefano. Set in the picturesque surrounds of the Southern Highlands, you'll learn all the tricks behind creating your favorite Italian dishes including orecchiette, tagliatelle, and ravioli, paired with matching sauces. Savour delicious local wine as you cook up a storm and uncover how simple it is to make fresh, homemade bread. All ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from Stefano's garden or local producers. After the class, sit down as a group and enjoy all the mouth-watering dishes you have whipped up. Sit back and relish in delicious food, great conversation and stunning views.
This experience is four hours in duration.
We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but please feel free to bring a bottle of wine for your group to enjoy in moderation whilst dining. Late Attendance It is your responsibility to inform the Cooking Experience team if you anticipate being late for the class, beyond the advertised start time. If you fail to do so and arrive late, please be aware that we have a strict policy of closing the gates 15 minutes after the advertised start time to prevent disruption to other guests. In such cases, we regret to inform you that no refunds or rescheduling will be granted.
This experience requires a minimum of two participants and will have a maximum of ten participants.
