Prepare to be spellbound during this wonder-filled hot air balloon flight over the Avon Valley. Float amongst the clouds and admire picturesque valleys, rolling hills and rivers bathed in the colours of sunrise. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast after your magical morning in the sky.
Rise and shine early for an enchanting adventure up in the clouds! As we plan to be airborne before sunrise, we meet early in Perth and board our comfortable minibus for the drive to Northam, where you’ll be greeted for a quick check-in. From there, we head to the launch site, where you're invited to assist with the balloon inflation and other tasks to prepare for take-off. Once aboard, you’ll receive a safety briefing before gently floating with the morning breeze for about an hour. Enjoy stunning views of the Avon Valley's verdant rural landscapes, rolling hills, and winding streams, all illuminated by the vibrant colours of sunrise from an unparalleled vantage point. With no sensation of wind, it will feel as though you're truly part of the sky. After the flight, help with the balloon deflation before returning to Northam for a well-deserved breakfast. Once finished, you'll board the minibus again for a stress-free ride back to the Perth Crown Complex in Burswood.
Pregnant women over 20 weeks gestation are not allowed to fly.
Minimum of six and a maximum of 12-20 participants.
Spectators are welcome to come and watch take off and landing as long as they can travel independently to launch and landing sites. Please include a note on your booking if friends or family would like to spectate.
In the case of strong winds or heavy rain your flight may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.
Please wear casual comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. Shoes must be flat, no high heels or open toed shoes permitted. Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are a must.
