Rise and shine early for a wonder-filled adventure up in the clouds! You'll meet before first light and be driven from Perth to the meeting place in Northam, then off we go to the launch site, where you're invited to help with the balloon inflation and other tasks to help get the balloon up and away. Once on board, you'll be run through a safety briefing before floating with the morning breeze for about an hour. Revel in stunning views of the Avon Valley's verdant rural landscapes, rolling hills and winding streams all illuminated by the colours of sunrise from an unparalleled vantage point. Without the sensation of wind, you'll truly feel like you're a part of the sky. After the flight, help with the balloon deflation before returning to Northam for a well-deserved breakfast. Lastly jump on board one final time and be transported back to Perth Crown Complex, Burswood for a stress free experience.
Pregnant women over 20 weeks gestation are not allowed to fly.
Minimum of six and a maximum of 30 participants.
Spectators are welcome to come and watch the take-off and follow the flight as long as they can travel independently to launch and landing sites.
In the case of strong winds or heavy rain your flight may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.
Please wear casual comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. Shoes must be flat, no high heels or open toed shoes permitted. Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are a must.
The supplier will confirm the time of the flight the night before.
