Located at De Bortoli Wines, your experience begins with a warm welcome and a frosty beer and snack. You'll then begin to learn the art of smoking meat, receiving valuable tips on brining, marinating, rubbing and wood smoking. By then end, you'll have cooked up a mouthwatering feast, featuring pulled chicken tacos, beef short ribs and reverse searing steaks, with each dish served with a flavour matched craft beer. It'll sure give the legendary brisket and pork cuts a run for their money!

Session Length

This experience is three hours in duration.

Guidelines

  • This experience is less suitable for those under 18 years of age as you are cooking with alcohol
  • Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required

Cancellation

  • Over 7 Days (168 hours prior to the class time) Notice: No charge for rescheduling your booking.
  • 7 Days to Within 72 hours (prior to the class time) Notice: $50 per person for rescheduling your booking. A replacement person can attend.
  • Within 24 hours of the day of your Session: Your ticket is forfeited, and you cannot reschedule your booking. A replacement person can attend.
  • No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances.
