Set yourself a new challenge and learn to surf at the beautiful Maroubra Beach. Guided by a fully qualified surf coach, you will learn all the basics of the sport from paddling techniques and catching waves, to surf awareness and ocean conditions.
Boasting world-class waves and untouched coastal scenery, Maroubra Beach is an ideal place to get amongst surfing. Your two hour lesson begins with a warm up to prepare your body for a fun-filled session before deep diving straight into the basics with a fully qualified coach. Learn everything from paddling techniques, how to catch a wave and standing on the surfboard to surf awareness and ocean conditions (rips, currents, tides). It's the perfect session for both first timers and beginners.
This experience is part of the Responsible range because they are ECO certified by Ecotourism Australia.
This experience is two hours in duration.
