You'll start the tour learning about the winemaking process and the stages the grapes have to pass through, from picking to fermenting. You get to sample the grapes at different points throughout the tour as well as taking a behind the scenes look at the high tech equipment which makes Josef Chromy such an influential industry leader.
When you're done learning and exploring, it's time to eat and drink! Indulge your tastebuds with a gorgeous two course lunch of fine Tasmanian produce with matched wines from the estate.
