Calling all gin lovers! This is your opportunity to take a one-of-a-kind tour around one of the finest distilleries in Canberra, with the very brains behind it all. At the very core of Big River distillery is the people, and there is no better way to see and learn more about this amazing establishment than with founder and distiller, Clyde Morton, who oozes years of experience, stories to tell and a great passion for his art. Take some notes as you learn about the science behind distillation, the gin production process and the art of flavours. Of course, this tour would not be complete without tasting the very spirits that make this establishment great. Let your palate experience the unique and invigorating flavours of three of Big River's core range of spirits and simply enjoy the moment. There is plenty of accessible parking, level access throughout the distillery and precinct, and accessible toilet facilities within the building.
