Embark on a spectacular horse trail ride through beautiful sub-tropical woodlands before arriving at Belongil Beach. Here you can trot along the secluded shoreline, observe bird life and marvel at the crystal clear waters, enjoying views back toward the lighthouse and out to Julian Rocks.
Take in the natural serenity of Byron Bay's hinterland and coastline on this two hour horse ride. Be guided through the tranquil sub-tropical woodlands on the back of a friendly horse and be amazed at the flora and fauna that resides along this gorgeous trail. Upon reaching Belongil Beach, you'll amble down onto the sand and trot along the secluded shoreline, admiring the crystal clear waters on one side and dune vegetation on the other. Suitable for all experience levels, you will receive instruction on control and management of your horse.
Maximum group size of eight people.
Tours will go ahead unless deemed unsafe by the staff. You will ride in light rain but if the wind is too strong or there’s lightning, the tour will be postponed.
Please wear long pants and enclosed shoes. It is recommended to bring sunscreen or a rain jacket depending on the weather forecast.
Age, height, weight and experience level for ALL riders must be provided.
