You'll feel as though you're a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city as you pass under the beautiful gum tree canopy. Our experienced and friendly trail guides will lead you through winding mountainous bush tracks, surrounded by native animals including kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, goannas, echidnas, parrots, and finches, so keep your eyes peeled.
Suitable for all levels, this one-and-a-half-hour ride on kind, surefooted horses is only one hour from Melbourne and offers you a calming reset from everyday life with clean country air, beautiful horses, and smiling staff.
Groups will have 8-10 participants.
Horse riding is an outdoor activity and as such goes out regardless of weather. Chum Creek Horse Rides provide raincoats. It is up to the discretion of the Senior Trail Riding Guide at the horse yards to cancel a ride. If Chum Creek Horse Rides & Huts cancel a ride, options will be provided such as; Full Refund or a Credit/Choice of alternative times/days.
Long pants and closed toe shoes. No thongs, sandals or gumboots.
