Join this land-based tour on the Whitsunday Coast, where you'll explore from Cedar Creek Falls in the rainforest hinterland, through cane fields and cattle farms, to the secluded beaches of Cape Gloucester and Frog Rock. Hike, climb and swim your way around spectacular scenary on this full day trip.
Get ready to explore the stunning Whitsunday Coast hinterland on this Creek to Cape day tour. Beginning with a visit to Cedar Creek Falls and rockpool where you can take a dip in the fresh waterhole, you will have the chance to explore the creek both up and downstream from the falls and, if you're feeling adventurous, hike to the very top of the falls. This hike is not for the faint-hearted, but it's definitely worth the climb. As you explore, listen to the sounds of the Australian bush and try to catch a glimpse of birds, butterflies, and even freshwater turtles found in the area. Next, you'll make a quick rest stop at the Whitsunday Gold Coffee Farm where you can grab a delicious coffee and morning tea snack. Check out the colourful native Australian birds and resident animals, including Crispy & Crackle the pigs, as well as chickens, doves, goats, alpacas, and guinea pigs.
Of course, you won't want to fill up too much at the cafe because your journey next takes you north, through cane farms and cattle properties to Cape Gloucester Resort, where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage and a delicious meal from the menu (own cost). Dine on the deck overlooking the beachfront getaway as you take in the stunning views. After lunch, you can take some time to meander along the beach and dip your toes in the water before traipsing to an extra special secret spot nearby, known as Frog Rock to round out your day of adventure.

Casual attire recommended. Bring swimwear, towel, hat, sunglasses, sun screen, change of dry clothes, and shows that you don't mind getting wet. Cedar Creek Falls is rocky and wet, and shoes are recommended for exploring, but they will get wet.
