Treat yourself to a unique tour at De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate, a fourth-generation family winery. Before touring the winemaking facilities, enjoy spectacular views of the vineyard and learn about the estate's viticultural practices. You will have the opportunity to taste wines from barrels and tanks before enjoying premium and reserve wines paired with food in one of the private tasting rooms. Finish your visit at the Blending Table, a hands-on, interactive experience where you get to be a winemaker and create your truly unique blend of wine with distinct flavours and textures. Bottle, name, and label your personalised sample to take home and enjoy.
