Join us on board Imagine as we spend time with some resident dolphins. Relax in the dry bow net, hang on tight for a ride in the boom net, or give yourself a "Titanic" thrill at the end of the bow-sprit. Best of all, spend some time getting to know the seafaring locals in their natural habitat.
Head out on a sailing adventure on the pristine waters of Port Stephens where there are lots of fun adventures and some serious relaxation to be had! The 'Imagine' is a 54 ft sailing catamaran, designed as a model for eco-tourism. With a spacious, covered foredeck and a comfortable downstairs cabin, you can enjoy 360-degree viewing and plenty of space for the family to relax and have fun. As you sail through the bay, soak in the rays of the sun in the dry bow net positioned close to the water, or go for a ride in the boom net where you'll get wet. There is almost 100 resident Bottlenose Dolphins that live in the Bay at Port Stephens and this trip will see you spend plenty of time with some of these fabulous "locals". Your friendly and knowledgeable crew will hoist the sails if conditions permit, while you relax and experience the best that the Bay has to offer.
This cruise runs with a maximum of 55 passengers. Imagine Cruises require a minimum of 8 paying customers to operate a cruise, and cruises will be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.
In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME A CRUISE IS CANCELLED IF IT IS RAINING. If you have any concerns please ring our office on 02 4984 9000. We can give you more information as well as weather updates. We monitor the weather closely and decisions are made based on safety as well as guest comfort.
NO HIGH HEELS OR WEDGES PERMITTED. All guests must wear flat shoes or shoes with a small heel up to 30mm (thongs/flip flops are OK)
Even with our excellent sighting percentage occasionally we do not have encounters with whales and dolphins. In the event of a ‘miss’ we will honour our free return policy for our 1.5hr Dolphin Watch and Sailing Tour. We will send you an email after your cruise to notify you of the free return. Then simply email or call to rebook another time within 18 months, using your original cruise order number as the reference. Terms and Conditions apply
