The Emerald Driver Experience is filled with high-speed thrills, including three electrifying Hot Laps around The Bend's world-renowned circuit as a passenger in a Porsche 911 Carrera Cup car, plus a three-lap drive of a V8 Ford Mustang where, guided by a professional driver, you'll take the wheel.

Feel the blood surge through your body during this exhilarating Hot Laps experience at The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia. After listening to a safety briefing and donning your gear you will sit down in the passenger seat of a flashy Porsche 911 GT3 Cup race car for the most thrilling ride of your life. A professional race car driver will be in control, zooming around The Bend’s world-renowned circuit without holding back. The car is powered by a 331kw, 3.8-litre flat-six engine that rockets it to 100km/h in just three seconds.
Then, sit down in the best seat in the house in preparation for the drive of your life. With guidance from your in-car coach, you will take control, pressing down on the accelerator and whizzing around the track in a V8 Ford Mustang race car. You will feel the adrenaline pump through your body as you conquer every corner on the circuit, and feel yourself improve lap by lap. The moment you step out of the car your body will be craving a return visit!
Session Length
- The experience is approximately two hours in duration
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to complete registration and set-up
- We endeavour to start and finish sessions on time, however, occasionally delays occur on the day
Restrictions
Participants must be 21 years or older and hold a current road driver’s licence.
Guidelines
- Participant maximum height is 188cm and maximum weight is 110kg
- Participants must be proficient with a manual transmission
- Participants must wear full-length, wrist-to-ankle clothing and closed-in shoes
- You will receive an email with a link to our electronic waivers a few days prior to your experience. The waivers must be completed prior to the activity
- The track layout used may vary from time to time based on operational requirements. Where a different track is used, the number of laps may be adjusted to provide equivalent track time
Cancellation
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Numbers on the Day
It will be you and your professional driver in the car. This voucher is valid for one person.
Dress Code
Please wear full-length, wrist-to-ankle clothing and closed in-shoes. Helmet will be provided.
