If you're looking to get some exercise in the most adventurous and nature-filled way possible, then look no further than this half day canyoning experience at Empress Falls in the Blue Mountains. Upon arrival, you'll meet your experienced guides who will run you through a comprehensive briefing and set you up with all your gear including a harness, pack, helmet and wetsuit. You'll embark on a short walk through beautiful bushland before heading into the depths of the canyon. Enveloped in majestic rainforest scenery, you'll tackle rock jumps, clamber over boulders, leap into deep pools and finish off with a breathtaking 30 metre waterfall abseil. It's the perfect location to be introduced to canyoning.
