Fingal Island is full of rich history and incredible views. On this fully eco-guided tour you'll visit the Lighthouse, discover some bush foods, and learn about the different plants and animals that live on the island. During the warmer months cool off with a dip in the secluded lagoon.
Climb onboard for Port Stephens latest adventure tour. 'ENVISION' is a 40ft fast cat designed to take you to your destination quickly and smoothly. Relax on your boat cruise out to Fingal Island which is about a 2km trip from the mainland. You will be delivered directly onto the beautiful secluded beach to the west of the island, and that's where the adventure begins. The views from the island itself are breathtaking, and you'll need your camera handy as you head off on a fully eco-guided tour. You will visit Point Stephens Lighthouse which, after 24 known shipwrecks, was built back in 1862. You will explore Government Cove and Shark Bay as well as learning about the Aboriginal Fish Trap Lagoon which is a fabulous spot for a swim on warmer days. During the cooler months Fingal Island is the perfect place to try and spot whales. This experience is part of the Responsible range because they are ECO certified by Ecotourism Australia.
