Guidelines

• The tastings are substantial and form a light meal for most people
• Total walking time is only 40-45 mins between stops (no more than 15 mins between each venue)
• All dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise at the time of booking
• Tours are run on a schedule and will leave according to the times stated on itineraries. We are unable to make compensation for late arrivals
• Tour operates Tuesday through to Thursday
• The tour price includes pre-selected food and drinks. If you would like to order an item off the menu, you may do so at your own cost
• Each ticket is entitled to one drink, you are welcome to order additional drinks at your own expense.
• The supplier is not responsible for medical conditions and allergies not advised at the time of booking

Cancellation

• Our office must be advised by telephone (1800 667 791) of any cancellation or amendment to a booking
• Cancellation within 7 days - no refund
• Cancellation within 7 to 14 days - 50% refund
• Cancellation within 14 days - full refund minus booking fees

Weather

This is Melbourne, so rain, hail, or shine, we will be walking the streets in almost every weather condition so please come prepared.

Dress Code

Dress for the weather, it is recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. It is not fast-paced and comfortable for most people.

The tours offer an opportunity to sample food and eat a meal at a local restaurant, while we have taken reasonable precautions in suggesting these restaurants; we suggest you apply your own discretion to enjoy your meals there. If you have advised us of any dietary/ allergy requirements we would have informed the restaurants of this at the time of booking however please mention this to your tour host and the wait staff at the restaurants on arrival.
