Bottomless wine will be served as you learn to make both ricotta and gnocchi from scratch, before sitting down to enjoy a meal of your amazing creations and taking home any leftovers to enjoy later. Your pasta-making class will start with a brief history and an explanation of the theory behind making perfect gnocchi, then guide you through the process of mixing and kneading the delicate dough. While the dough rests, we'll teach you how to make Ricotta using store-bought milk.
Finally, shape your gnocchi and then sit back while we cook and serve it to you with a delicious traditional Italian sauce. This cheese- and gnocchi-making class is suitable for beginners, and you'll leave with the confidence to whip up gnocchi and ricotta in your own kitchen.
