With over 30 years experience, this is one of the leading personalised gold prospecting adventures on the Victorian Goldfields. The experience us accompanied by an expert tour guide, who has been prospecting since 1980 and has found hundreds of ounces of gold during that time. You will learn many tips of the trade that the serious gold prospectors don’t want you to know about, plus some well kept secret locations revealed on the day. All this in a very small group with lots of personal one on one attention.
Participants must be a minimum of 8 years of age and a basic level of fitness is required for walking.
This experience runs with group sizes up to 8 people. Minimum of 4 people required for a tour to run.
This experience may be affected by the weather. If this experience is postponed due to weather conditions the experience provider will confirm this with you the evening before your experience date.
Casual comfortable clothing is advised. Please do not wear metal toed workboots as they will interfere with the detector.
