Enjoy a picture perfect afternoon with your loved ones by indulging in a sumptuous picnic at one of the premier spots in Brisbane. Everything will be set up for you to simply arrive and enjoy this gourmet vintage style picnic. Adults will enjoy a delicious cheese and charcuterie platter with gourmet produce, along with a bottle of wine, Prosecco or soft drink to complement. The little ones will also receive a delicious snack box each which includes a sandwich or wrap, freshly cut fruit, veggie sticks and dip, dessert and juice. This luxury experience is truly effortless as all you have to do is simply sit back and enjoy the company of your loved ones and soak in the magic of the moment.
As this is an outdoor experience it is weather dependent. If your picnic is likely to be affected by the weather you will be contacted several days prior to discuss whether you would like to postpone your picnic. In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to postpone an event. TVPC reserves the right to postpone an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee. If you choose to go ahead and the weather hasn't improved, then you will be given the option for us to come and set up in a wet weather backup location within 10 km or postpone your picnic, which may incur a $40 penalty.
