Our minimum number to operate is 10 passengers and the maximum aboard will be 24.
In the event of unsuitable weather and we cancel for safety or guest comfort reasons, we'll issue the customer with a 3 year voucher or a full refund. Thankfully, we operate in a protected bay so the chances are low.
Always listen to the safety briefings and follow the skipper and crew's instructions. Apply sunscreen, drink water, and bring a hat and sunglasses. Wear suitable footwear, such as flat shoes with rubber soles (no high heels or black sole shoes). Bring a warm wind jacket as it can get cool on the water.
