Set on a spectacular property near the Yarra River, this hands-on cooking class can't get much more picturesque. Guided by the best of the best, you'll learn how enjoyable cooking can really be as you create a three course Italian meal using fresh, seasonal produce from the Yarra Valley. After all the cooking, you'll sit down together and savour the fruits of your labour paired with a glass of Yarra Valley wine. Sit back with an Italian espresso coffee afterwards, and reflect on a job well done! All the recipes will be provided so you won't have any trouble harnessing your new skills at home.

Session Length

• This experience is four hours in duration
• These banquet classes are run on Saturdays 9.00am-1.00pm, but private lessons are available at other times if you like
