Restrictions

This experience is not suitable for pregnant individuals, and children must be at least 6 years old.

Guidelines

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Passengers need to climb into the basket and stand for about an hour
• Notify the provider of any medical conditions, such as back problems
• After confirmation, ensure you receive flight details; follow up if needed

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days prior to your experience
• Changes are NOT permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• If your flight is cancelled, you have 36 months to reschedule your experience
• Tourists may be eligible for a cancelation

Numbers on the Day

This quote is for one person. On the day, the basket will hold a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 people.

Weather

Hot air ballooning is a weather dependant activity, the pilot will confirm the weather the night before.

Dress Code

Wear comfortable clothing like jeans and sneakers. Flat, closed-toe, waterproof shoes are required—no high heels or open-toe shoes. The launch site may be chilly, but the flight is usually pleasant. A hat or cap is recommended for the flight.
