Your Hot Air Balloon Flight begins before sunrise. After meeting at a convenient location in Canowindra (just south of Orange), The balloon is slowly inflated, as you are advised of the safety guidelines. You will enter the sturdy basket for the ride of your life.Gently you lift off... and the magnitude of your activity sets in as you float effortlessly into the sunrise. Witness the awe-inspiring dawn as you drift naturally to different heights, sometimes through light cloud over the picturesque Belubula Valley. After the magic experience, you will enjoy a relaxing breakfast, complete with sparkling wine at historic Montrose House. This experience is a divine country offering, and a great way to show someone how much they mean to you!
There are a minimum of four and a maximum of sixteen people in the basket per day. Passengers weighing over 120kgs may need to pay a surcharge. Women over 12 weeks pregnant can not participate. You need to be able to climb into the basket and stand for up to 1 hour. Please advise if you have had recent surgery and also any special dietary requirements.
You can not cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled flight. If the flight is cancelled for safety or unsuitable weather you can reschedule within the following 12 months.
There is a minimum booking of four people on the Hot Air Balloon Flight, and maximum of sixteen.
Spectators are welcome to follow in their own vehicle and join in for breakfast at a cost of $25 This must be booked and paid for with the supplier
If adverse weather conditions come along, your flight can be easily rescheduled for another day.
Dress warmly in layered clothing or bring a jacket, and wear enclosed shoes or boots. No high heels or skirts.
