As this experience includes spending time in nature, some aspects of the experience are weather dependent. Nevertheless, weather will have a minimal impact on the outcome of this event.
Please wear something you will feel comfortable in - we'll be sitting and lying in meditation. You may like to wear easy to slip on/off shoes. Please bring closed in shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and reading glasses if required. If there is anything else that you would like to bring to ensure your comfort, please do so.
Natural mosquito repellent and sunscreen will be available for your comfort. Once booked, you'll receive the event location, a Calendly link for your pre and post event Zoom sessions, and a pre event questionnaire to tailor the experience to your needs.
