Guidelines
- Please note the time and day is open ended and can be used anytime during our opening hours. Your voucher is valid for any day and time.
- Not recommended for children under the age of eight
- Children under the age of eight years must be accompanied by an adult/carer who accepts responsibility for their care, safety and conduct
- You must not enter INFINITY if you have consumed alcohol or drugs
- Parts of the attraction take place in the dark and is not recommended for people that suffer claustrophobia or have a fear of the dark
- Mobile devices, sunglasses, bags and other loose items may not be taken into Infinity. Lockers are available to stow belongings
- If special effects lighting, sound, dark confined spaces or illusions of height and depth cause you concern, please make further enquiries before entry
- Photography, video or sound recording is prohibited
Cancellation
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Dress Code
Closed toed shoes are recommended.
