Indulge in an unmatched sky-high dining experience at Infinity Restaurant, located on the 81st level of Sydney Tower. Helmed by Head Chef Guillaume Gritteret, you can expect an ever-changing menu that expertly celebrates the diversity of contemporary Australian cuisine, marrying the finest local produce with international ingredients and flavours. As you dine, take in the spectacular revolving views of the city skyline, harbour and beyond.
