Whether you're free mid-week or craving a weekend culinary adventure, this 4-hour Asian Cooking masterclass is perfect. Along with fellow food lovers, you'll discover tips and tricks on how to create mouthwatering dishes all under the guidance of professional chefs. Learn how to create exciting Southeast Asian flavours that you'll be able to reproduce in your very own kitchen at home. At the end of your class, you'll get to sit down and enjoy your flavoursome creations with the rest of the class. And, of course, there's wine to pair! You'll leave with recipe cards, new found skills and fond memories of a shared meal with great company.

The classes have a maximum of 19 participants.

If you are coming to a hands-on class, please wear comfortable closed in shoes because you will be standing for a few hours if preparing recipes. All recipes and equipment is included in your class fee so the only thing you need to bring is yourself (aprons are also provided). You will dine on the recipes as part of your class. If you are coming to an evening class please note that it may be wise to have something to eat in the afternoon to sustain you through the cooking session. Evening classes eat later because of the later start time
