Jounieh's menu heroes local seasonal produce, and serves a modern twist on some of the best known Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes from around the globe. For those wanting to indulge in a glass of wine or two, you'll be spoilt for choice with a diverse wine list from all reaches of the globe including France, Italy, Spain and of course, Lebanon.

- Baba ganouje – chargrilled eggplant, tahini dip

- Arnabeet – golden cauliflower, pomegranate, tarator, mint, parsley, roasted almonds
- Traditional Chicken Skewers - Skewered chicken breast and seasonal vegetables served with traditional garlic paste on the side
