Guidelines

• Wheelchair users are welcome to transfer into a cinema seat or remain in their personal wheelchair at the front of the cinema – speak to staff for details
• Wheelchair users will require assistance to participate in the Banking experience – speak to the staff for details
• Authorised assistance animals are welcome
• The following guests cannot be permitted to the 4DX Cinema: Guests who are pregnant, guests aged 3 and under, guests under 106 cm tall, guests weighing over 120kg.
• Ticket holders should be prepared to produce valid identification at the point of entry

Cancellation

• Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered.
• A booking cannot be confirmed without full receipt of payment.
• Tickets that MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. If lost, tickets will not be replaced.
• One ticket purchased entitles one person entry to the attraction on a single occasion. Once Visitors have exited MONOPOLY Dreams Melbourne, they will need to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter.

Other Info

Due to safety requirements, the following guests will not be admitted to the 4DX Cinema: • Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of serious medical conditions or disabilities. • Guests who have had recent surgery; injured bones and/or back or neck injuries; and/or are wearing casts or moon boots. • Guests with breathing difficulties, such as allergies or scent sensitivities. • Guests prone to motion sickness. • Guests with sensory sensitivities. • Due to the nature of the experience, no animals are permitted.
