Guidelines

• Participants must be 5 years or older
• Participants must have a reasonable level of movement and agility
• Participants must complete the mandatory waiver at the link provided in the booking confirmation prior to travel
• If you are pregnant, unfortunately, this tour is not for you.
• Any pre-existing injuries or health conditions must be declared prior to travel.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This experience runs with a maximum of twenty participants.

Weather

This experience can be affected by wind or rain. Should a tour be cancelled by the experience provider due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a ticket on the next available tour will be offered.

Dress Code

Please bring a warm jacket in the cooler months. It is also recommended to wear sunscreen and enclosed shoes.

Adventure Rafting departs from The Wharf Mooloolaba, 123 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba, QLD, 4557. Our vessels depart from the jetty on the river side of the Wharf complex behind the Rice Boi restaurant. You can enter The Wharf complex at the main entrance (between Flo's Crêperie and Fudgees Lolly Shop), or through the alleyway (where Kenilworth Bakery & Local Social Café are located) and walk straight through the courtyard towards to river you will arrive at the jetty. There is also a directory located at the main entrance at The Wharf complex. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. We will begin boarding 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure we depart right on time.
