Guidelines

• Photo ID is required
• The minimum age is 14 years. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian
• Participants must weigh less than 115kg to participate and be taller than 148cm
• Suitable for confident beginners (confident bike handling skills) to advanced riders
• You will be required to sign a disclaimer and terms of condition form prior to departure
• Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited
• Valid credit card is needed and details stored for security on bike hire. Nothing is charged to it unless bike is damaged or stolen. This will occur after the tour operator has discussed with you. You can purchase accidental bike damage insurance on the day
• if the supplier has not contacted you directly about the booking, please contact the supplier

This products require minimum numbers for the service to run. Once booked, you can follow up with the operator as to your current ride status and/or options.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather the experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider the day before. Either way you will receive a call the day before your ride.

Dress Code

Please bring sunglasses with you, and wear enclosed flat shoes like runners. This ride takes you into the Australian bush during the daytime so it is recommended that you apply sunscreen before the ride. Ensure that you wear exercise appropriate clothing.

The experience takes place in the Blue Mountains region, NSW. The trail starts in Katoomba.
