Restrictions

If you have a disability, medical condition, over 75 years of age or pregnant, you must submit a medical form signed by your GP no later than 3 days prior to your tour. The medical form is available from the experience provider.

Guidelines

You must meet the criteria listed below to experience VERTIGO:

• Over 10 years of age
• Minimum 1.2 meters tall
• Minimum 30kgs in weight
• Maximum 134kgs in weight
• Be under 0.05% blood-alcohol concentration
• All child bookings must be accompanied by a paid participating adult
• Should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part; no specific training is required

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of 6 participants.

Spectators

Spectators cannot be accommodated.

Weather

This experience runs in all weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather such as very high winds or electrical storms, your experience may be postponed and rescheduled.

Dress Code

You must wear enclosed, flat shoes; Sports shoes or something comfortable with grip are recommended. Wear light and comfortable clothes such as active wear or shorts/tracksuit pants and t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather. Don't forget your sunglasses and to apply sunscreen to your face and hands!

This experience takes place at The Ozone located on the west side of Optus Stadium (city side) directly underneath the City View Café, behind Gate D.
