Departing from Albany, enjoy a full day tour visiting Bremer Bay for an exciting killer whale watching expedition. Available January to April, discover these incredible creatures in their natural habitat and learn the language of the whales with expert on-board commentary.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful South Coast as you're taken to Bremer Bay from Albany by bus. This comfortable two hour journey is enhanced by informative commentary on the pioneering history and riches of the South Coast. At the Bremer Bay Marina, guests will board the vessel for an exciting ocean adventure. A team of marine specialists and scientists will educate you in the language of the whales as you journey to and reach Bremer Canyon. The Bremer Canyon is the feeding grounds of not only the orca but also sperm, beaked and pilot whales. Dolphins, sea lions, migratory Antartic sea birds and sharks are also commonly spotted in the area. This full day tour also includes lunch and a complimentary drink.
NOTE: This is a seasonal experience, available from January to April.
A minimum of three passengers required for a departure.
This tour is weather dependent. The provider reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time in the case of increment weather.
Participants are encouraged to wear covered-in, nonslip shoes, a hat and sunscreen. Bring a warm jacket along with you.
