Guidelines

• Upon booking this experience, please select the day you would like to attend - you can gain entry at any time throughout the day up until one hour prior
• No same day bookings

Elevator replacement project will be conducted from March 2, 2025 to April 4, 2025. Guests with accessibility needs may experience some disruption for up to 10 weeks.

• For those that do not use a wheelchair, walking aid or have a pram nothing will change.
• For those that do have a mobility need there will be an alternate route to explore the attraction to ensure all areas can still be accessed by utilizing the other lift and ramps throughout the building.
• Guests who have prams will be strongly encouraged to leave them at home if they can or park them in our pram parking area in admissions.
• For guests who really need to take their pram, we will still be allowing a capped number of prams inside the attraction, and this will be managed at a set capacity per time slot. If a guest wishes to take their pram inside the attraction, they must book it in via Accesso either online or at POS subject to availability.
• The reason for this is so we can ensure the elevator is available for any guests who require a wheelchair or walking aid but also ensures we allow for a specific number of prams.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Tickets are non-refundable
