This 5hr Patisserie Masterclass focuses on Macarons, Shortcrust Pastry, Choux Pastry and some delicious fillings and decorations. By practising the skills in the class, you will have the confidence to make beautiful macarons, tarts, éclairs and profiteroles in your own kitchen.

In the masterclass we cover around 10 different recipes. Here is an example of a typical menu:

  • Macarons: Two different flavours
  • Shortcrust pastry & chocolate shortcrust pastry
  • Choux pastry (profritteroles & eclairs)
  • Crackling for choux pastry
  • Crème patissiere
  • Lemon & passionfruit curd
  • Italian meringue
  • Chocolate glaze

We also offer another Patisserie Masterclass: Mousse cakes, Caramels, Coulis & Macarons. Each masterclass covers different recipes and techniques so you could enroll in either class or both if you wish. You do not need to do one class before the other.

Session Length

  • This experience lasts for 5 hours and runs on selected Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays
  • Dates and times will be supplied by the experience provider

Guidelines

  • Minimum age is 14 years old
  • Menus change seasonally due to the availabilty of seasonal produce

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
