Guidelines

• You must be in good physical health, be less than 190cm tall and weigh less than 100kg. These limitations are necessary due to the physical restrictions in the front seat of the aircraft
• You must be over the age of 14 years to fly; those aged under 18 must have parental consent
• Passengers will not be permitted to fly if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Passengers are not permitted to carry anything on the flight as loose objects could pose a safety risk
• Avoid alcohol, greasy foods, carbonated drinks and energy drinks before your flight
• For best results with motion sickness a light meal 1-2 hours before your flight is recommended.
• If you have accessibility requirements please let the provider know in advance so they can make sure to have all the facilities you might require
• A height and weight limit of 200 cm and 95kg applies to this aircraft
• All Sydney Harbour flights are subject to airways clearances from Sydney International Airport

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators

Friends and family are welcome to accompany you for your experience. They can wait in our comfortable flight lounge while you have the experience of a lifetime. They will join you walking out to the aeroplane for photos together and your mission briefing, watch you depart and then greet you when you land.

Weather

Red Baron reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule flights for any reason that may affect the safety of the flight. Safety is the number one priority. Weather, aircraft serviceability and pilot availability are factors that may determine if a flight will proceed on the requested date and time. If the weather is deemed unsuitable for flying the supplier will contact you. Poor weather conditions include, but are not limited to; low cloud cover, rain, adverse wind conditions, and forecast temperature exceeding 30 degrees Celsius.

Dress Code

You will get suited up in a pilot's flight suit, the same specification as those used by the Australian and US Airforce. With this in mind, we recommend comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day. Enclosed shoes are required. Sunglasses and a hair tie for long hair are highly recommended.
