Learn the art of sausage making during this fun and hands-on cooking class. Guided by a sausage buff, you will learn how to correctly mince, stuff, twist and cook sausages to create the perfect snag full of explosive flavours. As a group, you will team up together to create a sausage feast that you will devour after the prep. The menu will feature pork and fennel sausages with mash potatoes, Longanisa Filipino sausages, pepper sausages with smashed garlic and cucumber relish and Boerewors South African spiral sausages with monkey gland sauce. The venue is BYO, so why not bring a bottle of your favourite tipple and complement it with your meal. No matter your skills and previous cooking experience, you're welcome to come join and have some amazing fun with like minded people!
