Prepare for some of the most spectacular views you've ever seen with this 3 hour sightseeing tour of the Western End of the Great Ocean Road. Choose between coastal views and shipwreck stories or wonder in awe at ancient volcanoes with views over lakes, craters & endless plains. Or do a bit of both!
Discover the magic of the Great Ocean Road region with this insightful and historic tour, designed to be fully customisable to suit what interests you the most! Your tour will begin at your preferred pickup point from either Port Campbell, Timboon, Cobden or Camperdown, before heading off for a spectacular sightseeing tour of the region. You have full flexibility to customise the tour, or let the guides design it for you! You’ll have the opportunity to learn all about the fascinating shipwreck stories and the ancient volcanoes, geology and landscapes in the Volcanic Lakes and Plains region. You may choose to visit the iconic 12 Apostles or head to Mount Elephant and take in its spectacular grandeur rising 240 above the surrounding plain, making it one of the highest volcanoes in Victoria. This tour experience goes for 3 hours in total from pick up to drop off at your chosen start and end locations.
Minimum group size is 1 person. The maximum group size is 6 people.
There is not an opportunity for spectators.
This tour will still go ahead in all weather conditions except for on code red bushfire threat days. The provider will advise if your tour needs to be cancelled or postponed due to a code red day.
It is recommended to wear flat shoes (no heels). If it is hot, please bring a hat and sunscreen. If it is cool, please bring a windproof or rainproof jacket. In cold weather, it's recommended to bring extra layers for when you stop at lookouts as it can be very cold outside. The vehicle will be climate-controlled for your comfort.
This experience is based in the Western end Great Ocean Road Region in South West Victoria.
