This hands-on crafting is designed for everyone, whether you’re a gin enthusiast or a curious beginner. With the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll embark on a journey through the art of distilling. Learn how to select botanicals and blend your own spirit, experimenting with a diverse array of ingredients sourced both locally and from around the world.
As you dive into the history, process and flavours of distilling with miniature stills, you’ll create a spirit that reflects your taste. By the end of the session, hand-fill and label your very own ceramic bottle, a reminder of your masterclass. This 500ml bottle of your custom gin is perfect for sharing and enjoying with friends and family while reminiscing about the creative, one-of-a-kind experience.
